MDOC Prisoners Register Their Complaints, Hopes, and Pleas in New Correspondences
Several of the prisoners held by the Michigan Department of Corrections I have been in contact update me on their plight.
Some of the inmates being held throughout the State of Michigan by the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) continue to communicate with me about their prison life.
Some continue to insist they are innocent.
Larry Cooley
Cooley is serving a life sentence and he is currently being held in Chippewa Correctional Facility in Kinross, Michigan.
He was one of two inmates who told me the MDOC humiliated him when he had to urinate and was not allowed.
He was being housed in Lakeland Correctional Facility until recently when they were forced to move him when Lakeland stopped being safe.
Here is what he told me.
Recently we all transfer out of LCF up north to the Chippewa Correctional Facility in 4269 West. M-88 Kincheloe: Mi 49784. Now reasons is (Black Mold) more then 600 PRISONERS was moved from Lakeland Facility all at once. ...Now URF is identified as Maximum and Minimum .we can from Lakeland a lowest custody and the staff members here treated us a Maximum Prisoners. Anyways we have a MDOC deliberately indifferent problem by not providing the necessary protection for my bladder prostate urinal well-being. this place only thinks about confinement. and misconducts and not one Health as you may know from my last history documents I mailed your office medical filed (all I asked for was a urinal or a bathroom detail so at nights I want have a problem with their staff members going to the bathroom; I can't hold my bladder for long terms. We don't. supported to be at URF Chippewa Correctional Facility. they known my prostate cancer operation. So you see we elderly people needs your aggressive investigation.
