This was never a close call. From day one, Jeremy Hales’ complaint read like a YouTube rant dressed up as federal litigation. You cannot sue critics because your business relationships soured. You must plead facts. You must allege each element. You must show actual interference, not vibes. Magistrate Bolitho’s “shotgun pleading” warning was the flashing red light. Instead of fixing it, the Hales camp doubled down and monetized the drama. That is reckless. Frivolous lawsuits are not harmless. They drain time, money, and mental bandwidth from people who did nothing wrong. Courts are for real injuries, not ego repair.
