The controversial divorce between Jackie Sample and Dr. Madison Sample has taken another dramatic turn.
Earlier this week, I reported that Beermann Law Group- which represents Dr. Madison Sample- abruptly asked off the case.
Shortly after my reporting, another of Dr. Sample’s attorneys asked off the case. Dr. Sample had lawyers from two firms. Even while employing Beermann, he also employed John Coniff, but Coniff asked off the case at about the same time that Beermann did.
Now, I’ve learned that Judge James Orel, who has presided over the case for over a year, has announced his retirement effective December 31, 2024.
Jackie and I discussed previously her belief that Beermann had been bribing Judge Orel.
Jackie initially consulted with Beermann, but after she did not official hire them, Dr. Madison Sample did.
Dr. Sample moved millions of dollars prior to filing for divorce, and Judge Orel looked the other way, while allowing Dr. Sample to claim their only asset was the multi-million-dollar home.
Jackie has been unable to get access to the marital funds, which she estimates to be worth more than $10 million, which she said Dr. Sample moved and hid. She has blamed Beermann and Judge Orel.
Now, it seems everyone involved in this case is heading for the hills.
Well done! This is a rare and spectacular result, though likely of little comfort to Jackie for now.
