Judge McDonough: we hardly knew you.
Another judge has recused herself from the controversial Ohio case where a suspected rapist got sole custody.

In December, Magistrate Caitlin Nevin wrote a haphazard order. The case is David Kaschalk vs Amanda Morris. Part of the order is below.
Being investigated in two counties was not enough for the wicked witch of Ohio, Magistrate Nevin. She granted him sole custody. Shortly after I began covering this case, the wicked witch of Ohio- that’s my nickname for Magistrate Nevin- recused herself.
The rule she cited means she admitted bias.
The wicked witch of Ohio handed the reins to a real judge- I mean a full judge- Judge Anne McDonough.
Judge McDonough did nothing on this case besides recusing herself.
The order was signed on January 20: why that’s two days after my last article.
Wayne Dolcefino called that a coincadink when I interviewed him with Megan Fox. Wayne comes in approximately twenty-two minutes in.
The rule cited in Judge McDonough’s case 2.11 (A) is the same as the one cited by the wicked witch of Ohio- maybe they are both wicked witches.
I’m trying to understand how a judge who admits bias before actually being on the case can remain judge: she can’t. She can move on to a profession as a witch.
I’ve been reaching out to both the guardian ad litem, David Bartos and the attorney for the accused rapist, David Anthony.
Neither has responded yet.
Here’s my last email to Bartos.
Magistrate Nevin recused herself. Too bad. We were just getting to know each other. I can't help but think, maybe, you should recuse yourself. I'd say to do it for {their son}, but we both know you don't care about him. Do it because you are terrible at your job.Â
Let’s hope Mr. Bartos takes me up on my offer.
Ughh..these stories make me stuck to my stomach. Judges, GAL and Caseworker should be in jail.
