We need more Legislators like Wendy Rogers! What is wrong with the Governor? These are bi-partisan bills! She has a legal and ethical duty to protect children and families' rights.

Excellent interview- Wendy Roger’s gets it and exposes the coordinated fraud and self-protection of family court racketeering that financially and emotionally bankrupts families. Jury trials are needed. GALs and court experts are a sham to promote “child’s best interest” - resulting in prolonged litigation, judicial overreach and violation of unalienable rights.

More and more elected officials sound like her so I think the politicians are getting it. Reform is coming.

That would be a great outcome for your decade of dedication to truth and the protection of children and families

Wendy Rogers said the quiet part out loud—and good. Reform doesn’t fail in Arizona because parents lack evidence. It fails because power protects itself. If Governor Hobbs continues vetoing structural changes like jury trials in custody cases, she owns the status quo. When families testify for forty hours about abuse, financial ruin, and endless litigation, and the executive branch shrugs, that’s not neutrality—it’s alignment. Elections have consequences. If Hobbs stands in the doorway of reform, voters must decide whether they want incremental tweaks or a reset. Sunshine matters. Accountability matters. And if reform is vetoed again, the ballot box becomes the courtroom.

Family court jury trials would end the inhumane barbaric isolation and separation of parent and child. With no finding of unfitness or child abuse by DCF the years long “no-contact” orders of family court - with no standard of evidence - would be eliminated completely. We need to be judged by jury of peers - not the court appointed “experts” who hold no medical license— who impose billable hours for years when all parents wanted was a divorce. Where parents must pay unwarranted supervisors to gain access to their children and failure to pay cuts off contact. The family court charade would be exposed- as if systematic abuse to innocent children and parents- and the financial devastation resulting from such abuse- would end.

ANYONE who know of a crime being committed must report the crime to the proper authorities or face prison time according to 18 USC 4. 18 USC 242 is also a federal law that holds these predators accountable and no one is doing anything to follow the federal laws.
