If you take a look at the public profile of Judge Margaret Donnelly, you may be impressed.
Judge Donnelly sits on the 21st Circuit in Missouri; this is the circuit which covers St. Louis County.
Her on-line profile states,
Judge Margaret Donnelly was appointed to the 21st Circuit Court in 2016. She was previously a family court commissioner and served as director of the Missouri Department of Health and Human Services and as a Missouri State Representative. Her judicial assignments include family court, domestic and juvenile matters, and she is administrative judge for the family court, as well as on the circuit court’s strategic planning and budget committees. Judge Donnelly earned her B.S.S.W. and J.D. from Saint Louis University.
Judge Donnelly is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Women Lawyers Association, the Mound City Bar Association and the Missouri Trial Judges Council of the American Bar Association. She is board member of the Domestic and Family Violence Council of Saint Louis County and on the advisory board for Kids in the Middle.
Her profile continues, “100% of the Committee voted Judge Donnelly substantially MEETS overall judicial performance standards.”
Kids in the Middle, the non-profit Judge Donelly is a board member of, states, “Kids In The Middle Agency-Based counseling services address the mental, cognitive, and behavioral health of children whose families are in transition due to parental separation, divorce, and remarriage. Our services are driven by the needs of the children and their families. Many families benefit from accessing a combination of our services.”
All of this sounds wonderful except that the 21 Circuit is a hot bed for judicial corruption.
Also, Kids in the Middle sounds an awful lot like KidSide, Children 4 Tomorrow, and other non-profits which claim to help kids who are in nasty divorces. Mostly, they help themselves and the system.
Check out the interview with Kathy Stratton, approximately thirty-seven minutes in. Kathy had all nine of her kids legally stolen with the help of a North Carolina non-profit, Council for Children’s Rights.
