The latest edition of Daily Docket News {DDN} sets its sights on one of the most dangerous attorneys in Missouri.
His name is William Halaz, and I recently featured him in my article on Evita Tolu’s case.
He’s involved in several high-profile cases- three at least- with one common denominator: in all three he fights vigorously for custody for suspected child molesters.
The most high-profile is Chuck Haynes, and he’s also involved in the Van Den Bergh case. The Van Den Bergh case has the notorious audio of Elaine Pudlowski, herself a very dangerous attorney in Missouri, saying in reference to Halaz’s client, “did he stick his finger up her butt…I don’t know. I won’t guess.”
DDN expands on those cases, and it’s quite possible that we are scratching the surface on the damage that Halaz has helped cause.
