William Halaz of Cordell & Cordell

The virulent and international father’s rights law firm, Cordell & Cordell, may yet rue the day when it decided to represent the convicted child molester, Chuck Haynes, in his custody case.

That representation was first highlighted by Megan Fox at PJ Media in 2021.

Now, my nominee for #ScumbagAttorneyOfTheWeek is the new guy #WilliamHalaz of #CordellandCordell who claims to be a Father's Rights attorney who has entered on behalf of rapist sodomizer Chuck Haynes and is going to fight for his right to sodomize his last remaining child.

#WilliamHalaz will be the next lawyer receiving a press inquiry from me. I wonder if he will have the balls to answer any of my questions. If he does, it would be a first.

Since then, Halaz has received scrutiny from all corners- scrutiny I’m told he doesn’t enjoy- including this article.

Van Den Bergh is represented by Cordell & Cordell's William Halaz III, the same attorney who represents Charles Haynes, a father who is currently incarcerated and convicted of child abuse. As previously reported in the St. Louis Record, Haynes’ daughter, Mikaela, committed suicide at 14 years old.

“It’s very concerning,” Maguire told the St. Louis Record. “It looks like [Halaz] specializes in protecting child abusers.”

Halaz did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

I would ask Halaz- who may have a crush on me- for comment, but he has recently blocked my email.

Halaz is not the only one receiving scrutiny; his law firm, Cordell & Cordell, has been receiving negative coverage since Halaz began representing the convicted child molester in his custody case.

Late last year, I interviewed Dr. Elizabeth Hersey, whose ex-boyfriend used Cordell & Cordell attorneys on two continents to gain custody of her two children, though he was neither child’s biological father.

He seamlessly hired American lawyers to enforce his British order, which now granted him custody.

He could do this because all his lawyers on this case came from the same firm: Cordell & Cordell.

Cordell & Cordell is a name which should be familiar to avid readers; it’s the same firm which employs William Halaz- who may have a crush on me.

Cordell & Cordell has offices throughout the US and an office in England.

As such, Dr. Du Plessis could quickly find another lawyer in the US.

Cordell & Cordell only represents men in child custody and divorce matters.

More recently, the St. Louis Record wrote a story about a military veteran who sued Cordell & Cordell attorney, Erin Zielinski, for malpractice.

A military veteran is suing a prominent St. Louis father’s rights attorney because she allegedly told him he could access his ex-wife's email account over which he almost lost his job.

Air Force Academy graduate Joel Fritts filed the lawsuit last week against his former attorney Erin Zielinski, a lead litigator at Cordell & Cordell law firm where she works alleging legal malpractice in his divorce from Barbara Kate Ransick-Fritts. Cordell & Cordell is also named as a defendant.

“He was investigated, and it jeopardized his employment, but he survived that because he had the password from when they were married,” said Larry Mass, a legal malpractice attorney representing Fritts.

I sent a copy of the article to Zielinski, but she did not provide me with a comment.

On the heels of that lawsuit, the latest edition of Daily Docket News (DDN) takes another stab at Cordell & Cordell.
