Daily Docket News Edition Three: Elaine Pudlowski's Days Are Numbered
This bold prediction is part of a cacophony of information in this week's newsletter.
So far so good: the Daily Docket News (DDN) continues to fire off newsletters every second Monday.
Today, I received the third edition by email of the new and improved DDN.
It included this bold prediction.
Daily Docket News investigative team must inform its readership that Elaine Pudlowski, Esq., with the MCM law firm of Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Siegel, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C., GAL days are numbered, which could not happen fast enough for the children of Missouri. Even though Elaine Pudlowski should not be a licensed attorney, she is apparently stepping aside from many of her cases as a GAL and turning her MCM position over to her 01-27-2021 infamous Zoom meeting buddies, to continue her legacy of exploiting children and destroying families. No, Elaine Pudlowski is not gone yet, but she is now taking an active role in the court by representing a parent of a child whose life she will destroy. Elaine Pudlowski will work in extremely close partnership with the opposing counsel, her MCM GAL buddies, judges, and all other court appointed professionals, to keep the Kids for Cash scheme running smoothly by milking the parties of their wealth using every illegal trick in the MCM book. All court players will get rich beyond anyone’s imagination. When will the OCDC man or woman up, and disbar Elaine Pudlowski? Why does the OCDC ignore thousands of bar complaints against Elaine Pudlowski? Is the OCDC afraid of Elaine Pudlowski because she has so much dirt on the OCDC? Is the OCDC in bed with the MCM? Does the OCDC run the Kids for Cash scheme or are they aiding and abetting it? You be the Judge.
In August 2020, very few people outside those who practice in St. Louis County family courts and those unfortunate enough to wind up as a litigant on one of her cases knew the name Elaine Pudlowski.
Now, it is known in a derisive manner. In the fall 2020, DDN first started showing up in people’s emails from the mysterious email address dailydocketnews@gmail.com
Besides that, little was known about DDN, except that it came at about the same time that Evita Tolu filed a lawsuit against Pudlowski and others.
Those two things happening at once convinced Elaine and her cadre of friends that they were all facing a conspiracy similar to the ones they were all used to orchestrating. In January 2021, they all got together for a Zoom conference.
Without this Zoom conference, DDN likely would have faded into the background and Evita’s lawsuit- which was dismissed- would have had little consequence.
Evita’s lawsuit has instead taken on a mythical stature; it has inspired many others, and it is well-known, despite getting nowhere legally.
The day I published a follow up article on widespread corruption within St. Louis County, every judge in that circuit recused themselves from her lawsuit.
That act caused all sorts of media attention, and as such, Evita had won a huge victory regardless of the outcome of the suit itself.
Elaine recently was denied her bid to become a judge.
Even the reason the lawsuit got dismissed has turned into a topic of debate.
