Check Me Out on "Auditing America"
We're speaking about everyone's favorite judicial candidate: Elaine Pudlowski
Earlier this week, I appeared on Auditing America to talk about why anyone but Elaine Pudlowski should be chosen by Missouri Governor Mike Parson.
On June 7, 2022, Elaine Pudlowski was one of three people nominated to fill a vacancy in the 22nd Judicial Circuit in Missouri.
Those three names are now sitting on Missouri Republican Governor Mike Person’s desk and he has sixty days to make a decision. Here is the statement his office provided.
Governor Parson has not appointed anyone with that name to a position on the bench. The 22nd Judicial Commission sent us a panel that includes three names, and the Governor has 60 days to select from those names.
The reasons why anyone but Elaine Pudlowski should be a judge are so plentiful that it is an embarrassment of riches.
We’d certainly need to talk about the Zoom conference that she and nearly forty of her friends were caught conducting in which they talked about hiding money they would all send to Elaine, ex-parte communications with judges, and she and her friends demeaned the litigants they worked with.
There are also numerous lawsuits which have been filed against Elaine. Here is more from Megan Fox at PJ Media.
Following the bombshell lawsuit filed by attorney Evita Tolu against guardian ad litem (GAL) Elaine Pudlowski that led to the recusal of the entire 21st Judicial Circuit Court in St. Louis, Missouri, three more actions have been filed alleging fraud and misconduct against the GAL and others. Kenneth Rosa, media spokesperson for The Father’s Rights Movement filed a lawsuit against Pudlowski, therapist Mindy Skaggs and The Right Solutions Counseling Services (TRSCS) for “injurious services” among other allegations.
Joining Rosa are Devon Arseneau and Plaintiff X, who does not want to be named publicly, who also named Pudlowski in their individual lawsuits alleging similar claims relating to what they say is family court corruption. Among the shocking claims in Rosa’s lawsuit is the allegation that he did not receive due process in court and was coerced into giving up his rights.
There are also numerous inappropriate text messages that Elaine exchanged with lawyers on a case where she was the guardian ad litem. In the exchange below, Elaine and the lawyer for mom scheme to try and pressure mom to cancel an appointment with a therapist she had made.
There are also some cringe worthy audio recordings; in the most notorious, Elaine says, “Did he stick his finger up her butt. I don’t know. I do not know . I will not guess. She says he did. He says he didn’t. You weren’t there. She wasn’t there. I wasn’t there. What I have tried to do, obviously unsuccessfully, is to protect your daughter, to say, ‘if something happened let’s figure it out. In a safe place, with a counselor I trust.”
The child in this case had made numerous disclosures that her father was molesting her but Elaine did everything she could to force the girl to have custody time with him.
Check out the video below starting at approximately 5:30 when Kenneth Rose of the Father’s Rights Movement talking about his experiences with her and how she maneuvered so that he was kept away from his children for years.
