Bonus coverage: Kailin Wang's true bill revealed
This is not the finest day for the FBI and Joe Biden's Justice Department.
If you already have contempt for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the US Department of Justice (DOJ), the true bill of charges against Kailin Wang will only further your rage.
As I revealed earlier this week, the US Attorney’s Office for the State of Utah brought charges against Kailin, including cyberstalking and making false statements.
At the time of the article, little was known about the charges.
Now, I have the true bill. I have reached out to the US Department of Justice, but they have not responded.
To summarize, these are old, rehashed charges which stretch the limits of the law, and in some cases, they violate Kailin’s first amendment rights.
All of this is happening because she got pregnant by the son, Chris Thygesen, of a powerful figure, Allan Thygesen who is the CEO of Docusign.
The first page of the true bill reveals some interesting things.
The indictment was sealed, and Kailin was tracked quietly until she was found at a restaurant on May 23, 2024, three weeks after the indictment was filed. They treated her like a master criminal. Her dad explains below.
This reminds me how Sandra “Sam” Grazzini-Rucki was tracked. Her charges were initially sealed, and she was tracked quietly by US Marshals.
Check out the Rucki story here.
That’s only the beginning of the shenanigans.
