Appearances alert
I appeared to talk more about Melissa Diegel's sentencing and the "fraud of parental alienation."
I appeared last week on a few programs.
First, check out my appearance on “Northwest Liberty News” with James White.
The title of the show was “Tackling the Fraud of Parental Alienation Part 2.”
Jim previously had Elizabeth Peterson on to also tackle how parental alienation is used fraudulently.
I primarily spoke about Rosie Alanis’ case from Texas and the Barnett case from Utah.
It’s a topic I have broached before; as I have said many times, the main problem with parental alienation- as a psychological term- is that it means whatever each person wants it to mean.
There are no standards on diagnosis, treatment, or anything. It’s extremely subjective, and as a result, it is misused often. Second, an industry has been created to profit from it. Randy Rand, featured above, is just one quack who makes millions from its misuse.
I previously debated Kenneth Rosa on this topic as well.
I was also back on with Megan Fox on her livestream.
Megan and I discussed two cases which recently had their completion: Cynthia Abcug and Melissa Diegel.
Megan has written extensively on Cynthia’s case: including covering her trial.
Here is some of my coverage of Melissa’s case.
These two cases have many similarities that I don’t believe are merely coincidences.
Both had their kids taken by Child Protective Services after each was accused of having Munchausen by proxy. Both were later charged criminally. Both were arrested in another state, with guns drawn, and then extradited back to the state where they were charged.
Both are now felons.
Cynthia was convicted by a jury while Melissa took a plea deal.
